MagniStrat Consulting
Carleton started MagniStrat Consulting after years of improving businesses for other people. He has worked across a wide variety of industries ranging from logistics to electrical and not for profit. Carleton has over twenty-five years of delivering the answers for people who are too busy to focus on their biggest problem. He has improved processes for groups as varied as public transport, plastics manufacturing, and construction. His experience with real-world small businesses has given him deep insights into what can go wrong and how to best ensure that the disaster doesn’t happen in the first place.
Risk management plans are usually complex documents developed for large corporate clients. After refining MagniStrat’s new risk management products on several small businesses, Carleton has developed a much friendlier approach that helps small business owners understand their risks and produces plans that helps them run their business with less to worry about.
