Steven Fazakerly, CEO and Founder of Echoes Messages
Steven Fazakerly is the CEO and Founder of Echoes Messages who create professional podcasts for businesses that show case their brand messages across multiple platforms with innovation and style.
Spending 10 years in sales positions Steven knew what worked and what didn’t work in the world of sales. One area he saw that could be improved was inbound calls to companies. He quickly became an expert and educator for inbound numbers in Australia, teaching customers how to use their inbound calls to improve sales and customer service.
For over 30 years, on hold messages remained largely unchanged. Steven wanted to change that by introducing an innovative new feature that allowed small businesses to tell their story, and inspire and connect with their customers. As a result, Steven launched Echoes Messages aimed at helping small business owners overcome the challenges they face engaging with customers. By providing relevant content on a consistent basis, Echoes Messages saves business owners time as well as improving customer relationships.
In addition to his CEO position at Echoes Messages, Steven is also a fundraiser volunteer and recently assisted the Red Cross by providing baby kits, food kits, hygiene kits and/or school kits to refugees and the homeless which he found to be a great and rewarding experience.
Steven brings extensive knowledge of the Australian inbound market sector and regarding his membership with the BNCC ads “I enjoy meeting the people who make this country great. Small business is what this country is built upon, it is indeed the back bone of our nation, I get inspired listening to their stories”
If you are a small business struggling to engage with your customers, you can contact Steven Fazakerley of Echoes Messages on 0402054030 or steve@echoesmessages.com to give your brand a voice.
