Andrew Konefal, Franchise Owner of Yellow Brick Road

As the Franchise owner of Yellow Brick Road Brendale Andrew Konefal has considerable finance knowledge which comes from more than 16 years working with several different banks, including ten years in commercial and business banking.

Andrew assists all types of borrowers, particularly investors (including those looking to purchase property using their Self Managed Super Fund) and the self-employed. He also assists business clients with their commercial and business finance needs with many different products such as Debtor/Invoice Finance and Trade finance in addition to commercial property lending.

Andrew Konefal blends extensive experience in residential and commercial lending with a passion for helping his clients to succeed, allowing him to provide outstanding mortgage advice.

Andrew has been a BNCC member since February 2015, joined the executive committee team in November 2016 and brings expertise in the areas of business and commercial finance, cashflow including debtor and trade finance as well as investment and home loans. When asked what he enjoyed about being a Committee member he replied “I enjoy collaborating with other business owners and building a referral network. I like having a network of people that I can refer my clients to, knowing they will be looked after”.
