This policy outlines the procedure and criteria for such promotions:
-
Eligibility
- Businesses eligible for promotion are those owned or managed by active members of the BNCC, or if the Executive Committee considers the information of benefit to the broader community.
-
Discretionary Approval
- The decision to promote a business offer or promotion lies solely with our Executive Committee. The Committee may base its decisions on several factors, including but not limited to the offer's relevance for the wider community and any conflicts of interest.
-
Content Submission
- Members wishing to have their businesses promoted must submit a clear, concise topic description to the Executive Committee for review. The submission should include relevant details that can help make decisions.
-
Promotion Channels
- Events will be communicated via our organisation's social media platforms, MeetUp account, website and Newsletter.
By adhering to this policy, we aim to promote a vibrant, supportive community while safeguarding the interests of all our members.
