Small Business Financial Counselling Service
The Small Business Financial Counselling Service (SBFCS) Southern Queensland provides free, impartial and confidential financial
counselling to small businesses who are:
- experiencing or at risk of financial hardship
- located in the Southern Queensland area.
Their Financial Counsellors can help you work through your business’s money problems and get your finances back under control. They can assist with a wide range of services including business goal setting, action plans, improving cash flow, commercial lease negotiations, creditors, dispute resolution services and accessing financial support. Chat with the team on the phone, via a video chat or they can visit your business, home or other suitable location.
The SBFCS Southern Queensland also offers free and confidential business wellness coaching. If you’re a small business owner in Southern Queensland experiencing mental health or emotional wellbeing stress, then you may be eligible for one-to-one customised emotional coaching and wellbeing support.
