the Executive needs you
Would you like to play a more active role in the Brisbane North Chamber of Commerce?
Why not consider joining our Executive Committee?
If you’ve ever had a great idea for an event, for a guest speaker, or for how businesses might better benefit from their membership, then you’re exactly the sort of person we need.
Any chamber member can nominate.
Executive Committee members are involved in a wide variety of activities from strategic direction and planning, through to advocacy, training and events.
Chamber President, Simon Penrose, said joining the Executive Committee is a tremendous opportunity to shape the future direction of the chamber.
“To deliver the best service we can to our members, our Executive Committee requires a broad cross-section of skills and experience.
“This year we are particularly keen to receive nominations from right across the many hundreds of businesses that make up the chamber. I encourage all members to consider putting themselves forward.”
Nominations will be called for next month with new members confirmed at the Chamber’s Annual General Meeting in November.
